Ultimate Stress Detox Program

 Program Purpose & Goals:

This six-session program is designed to support professionals experiencing stress, high caseloads, overwhelm, mental fatigue, and/ or change by equipping them with practical tools rooted in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and mindset coaching. 


This program helps participants reduce internal pressure, build emotional resilience, and reestablish high-performance habits that support their role in the organization. It empowers staff to self-regulate, communicate more effectively, and maintain performance under pressure. The information provided can also be used to assist clients who are navigating stressful situations. 


Key Outcomes:

By the end of the program, the participant will be able to:

· Understand how chronic stress impacts performance, communication, and decision-making

· Learn and implement fast, effective nervous-system resets during high-pressure situations

· Build new mental habits that support clarity, productivity, and confidence

· Increase emotional regulation, leading to improved relationships and problem-solving

· Prevent burnout and enhance overall workplace engagement

   

Session Breakdown

Session 1: Stress Awareness & Nervous System Reset

  • Identify      personal stress patterns and performance blocks
  • Introduction      to the neuroscience of stress and productivity
  • Guided      “Stress Dump” process and grounding practice

Session 2: Mental Clarity & Focus Activation

  • Rewiring      attention: training the brain to focus and reset quickly
  • Cognitive      tools for reducing overwhelm
  • Hypnosis/visualization      to install a “clarity anchor”

Session 3: Emotional Regulation & Communication

  • Learn      emotional regulation strategies to respond vs. react
  • Communication      tools to reduce interpersonal stress
  • Subconscious      techniques to clean mental/emotional “energy leaks”

Session 4: Boundaries, Busyness & Productivity Reframes

  • Examine      hidden drivers of busyness (guilt, perfectionism, people-pleasing)
  • Reset      beliefs about time and performance
  • Tools      to maintain energy without overextending

Session 5: Reprogramming Stress Loops

  • Identify      and disrupt unconscious stress patterns
  • Create      a personalized “Calm Protocol” for real-time stress management
  • Hypnosis      to reinforce new identity: calm, clear, confident

Session 6: Integration & Strategic Reset Plan

  • Review      key techniques and anchor long-term habits
  • Build      a customized daily/weekly reset routine
  • Establish      personal goals aligned with sustainable high performance

Delivery Method:

Live 1:1 sessions include coaching, guided visualization/hypnosis, and personalized strategies. Participants will receive a workbook, audio recordings, and weekly micro-practices to use between sessions.
